Circa £80,000 plus excellent bonus potential

The team is made up of successful ex Big 4 practitioners and lawyers with strong track records in their respective fields.

You will sit in a small team of senior tax specialists, and will focus on handling property tax issues for large multinational clients, mid caps and privately owned businesses.

Ability to identify practical ways in which a specialist tax firm can create market opportunities in property taxes, in a way which convincingly differentiates the approach from a Big 4/large law firm property expert with an existing large client portfolio.

Demonstrate a broad ability to identify and deal with the range of property-based tax issues on an implementation basis.

Active experience of at least one (but ideally two or three) cutting-edge property tax products.

Show an understanding of the key topical issues in the property market for developers, investors and property rich businesses. 

The ability to cultivate client relationships and to present tax valued added solutions effectively and simply.


Property tax experience gained within a pure advisory or advisory-weighted position.

Big 4/Top 10/tax boutique or law firm background.

Strong client facing, commercially aware, people skills.

Experience of undertaking business development and/or an appetite to do so on occasions.

Driving licence and a willingness to travel as and when business needs require.
